What is your return policy?

  • We do not accept returns due to the nature of products. Every keycap set is inspected following steps outlined in Quality Control. If you have issue with your order, please email us at support@21kb.com within 14 days from the date you received it. I will take care of it in my top priority.

Can I cancel my order?

  • In-stock items: We can cancel your order only before your order ships. (US 4% fee; International 5% fee. Shopify doesn't refund fees on cancelled orders)
  • Pre-order items: No cancellation, but can be made on a case-by-case basis. (US 4% fee; International 5% fee. Shopify doesn't refund fees on cancelled orders)

My package says "Delivered", but I did not receive it. What should I do?

  • Please double check your shipping address in order confirmation email. Please understand that we do not responsible for package lost due to wrong address.
  • Please check with your neighbors and surrounding areas.
  • Sometimes post man scanned and marked the package as delivered, but it actually was not. In many cases, this package will show up in next 1-5 days. Please email us if you have not received the package after 4 days of delivery, we will work with you to file a claim with shipping provider.
  • We are trying to install a insurance/shipping protection APP.

I received wrong item/color, can I exchange/return?

  • Absolutely, we will cover return/reship cost. If we don't have it in inventory, we will issue you a full refund.
