Can I cancel my order?

  • In-stock items: We can cancel your order only before your order ships. Fees (US 3%, International 4%) will be deducted from your refund. Shopify doesn't refund fees on cancelled orders.
  • Pre-order items: Many orders come in custom colors, and production usually starts right away. If your order has already been completed, it is difficult for us to resell to others. However, if, for any reason, your order has not shipped after 90 days from the date of purchase, we can cancel/refund your order. Fees (US 3%, International 4%) will be deducted from your refund.

My package says "Delivered", but I did not receive it. What should I do?

  • Please double check your shipping address in order confirmation email. Please understand that we do not responsible for package lost because of incorrect address.
  • Please check with your neighbors and surrounding areas.
  • Sometimes delivery man scanned and marked the package as delivered, but it actually was not. In many cases, this package will show up in next 1-5 days. Please email us if you have not received the package after 5 days of delivery, we will work with you to file a claim with shipping carrier.

I received wrong item/color, can I exchange/return?

  • Absolutely, we will cover all return/reship cost. If we don't have the items in inventory that you desired, we will issue you a full refund.
